DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, our samples are complimentary. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are processed in US$. Standard terms require a 30% deposit at order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times fluctuate based on volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard styles, fabric and accessory preparation takes about 20 days. For less than 10,000 pieces, expect around 40 days, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.
