DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for complex designs like unique prints or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee applies to cover the additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard payment terms involve a 30% deposit upon ordering and the balance payable before shipment or upon presenting the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on design, volume, and fabric. Typically, a 20-day period is needed for fabric and accessory procurement. Orders under 10,000 pieces have a 40-day lead time, while larger orders may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. For garments not meeting our quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no cost to you. Returning defective items is not necessary.
