Ordinarily, samples are complimentary. However, for intricate items, like new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the cost of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. We also welcome a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger transactions.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent upon order volume, design, and fabric complexity. For standard fabric styles, preparation takes about 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day timeframe, while larger orders require lead times of 50-60 days.
