DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We are delighted to offer most samples at no charge. However, for intricate designs such as custom prints or dyed fabrics, a small fee is requested to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard payment terms involve a 30% deposit with the balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary with order size, design complexity, and fabric choice. Standard fabric styles take around 20 days to prepare. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect 40 days; for more than 10,000, anticipate 50-60 days.
