Sample creation times vary based on design complexity. Standard items typically take 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expedited sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your product decision-making process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
While most samples are complimentary, intricate designs such as unique prints or dye processes may incur a nominal charge, covering the development of these specialized designs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Yes, we stand firmly behind our products. Should any garments fail our rigorous quality control checks, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For issues exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no extra charge, without requiring the return of defective items.
