Sample fees are generally waived. However, for complex items like custom print designs or specially dyed fabrics that require additional development, a minimal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars. We require a 30% advance payment when placing an order, with the balance due before shipment or upon receiving the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Production lead times vary based on order volume, design complexity, and fabric availability. For standard styles with available materials, preparation takes approximately 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces are typically completed within 40 days, while larger orders may take 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we guarantee the quality of our products. If any items fail to meet your standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no extra charge, without needing the return of the faulty items.
