Sample creation timelines vary with complexity. Standard items typically take 7 days, while detailed projects like new print designs may require up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize prompt sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your decision-making for future products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are offered at no cost. However, for complex items such as new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a small fee is applied to cover extra dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% upfront payment on orders, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on volume, design, and fabric specifications. For standard fabric styles, we allocate approximately 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may need lead times of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, our commitment to quality is unwavering. If garments fail quality control, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional cost, with no obligation to return the defective items.
