Sample creation durations depend on complexity. Standard items are typically ready in 7 days, while more detailed designs, like new prints, can take up to 21 days. At GB, swift sample delivery is our priority, recognizing its vital role in your decision-making for upcoming product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items, such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. We accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger transactions.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on order volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, preparation usually takes about 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day timeframe. For larger orders, expect lead times of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, our unwavering commitment to quality ensures that if garments fail quality checks, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not required.
