HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The creation timeline for samples hinges on their complexity. Standard pieces are typically ready in 7 days, whereas more intricate designs, like new prints, can take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, understanding its vital role in facilitating your future product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex designs, such as new print patterns or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover dyeing and print development costs, ensuring the highest quality standards.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance deposit, with the balance payable before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger transactions, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, ensuring flexible and secure payment options.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent on order volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, preparation generally takes about 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces are advised a 40-day timeline. Larger orders may require a lead time of 50-60 days, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
