Sample creation timelines are customized based on complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while more intricate designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize prompt sample delivery, recognizing its crucial role in your decision-making for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We usually provide samples free of charge. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may be applied to cover the extra dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are processed in US$. Our standard terms involve a 30% advance payment with the order, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times hinge on product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, standard fabric styles require a 20-day period for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are dedicated to the quality of our products. If garments fall short of quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is unnecessary.
