HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines fluctuate depending on design complexity. For standard products, a swift 7-day turnaround is typical, whereas intricate designs, including new prints, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize rapid sample delivery, acknowledging its vital importance in your product development journey.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Our samples are generally complimentary. However, for intricate items like newly designed prints or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the specialized costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We conduct transactions in US$. Typically, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For sizable orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent upon volume, design intricacies, and fabric choices. Standard fabric styles necessitate approximately 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces are fulfilled in 40 days, while larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind the quality of our products. Should any garment not meet our high standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace the items at no additional cost, and there is no need to return the defective merchandise.
