HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are customized based on design intricacy. Standard items typically require 7 days, whereas complex designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its pivotal role in your decision-making for potential new offerings.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. Nonetheless, for complex items like innovative print designs or distinctively dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US$. Our conventional terms include a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for significant orders as well.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent on product volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is needed for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces generally have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are dedicated to upholding the quality of our products. If garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no extra cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
