The timeline for sample creation is customized based on complexity. Standard items are crafted in about 7 days, while more complex designs, such as new prints, might extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its vital importance in guiding your decisions for future products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are provided at no cost. However, for more intricate products like unique print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover the enhanced dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms include a 30% upfront payment with order placement, with the remaining balance due before dispatch or upon presenting the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
The production lead time varies with product volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is required for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces are advised a 40-day production timeline, while larger orders of over 10,000 pieces may require approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we stand firmly by the quality of our garments. Should any garments fall short of quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no extra cost, with no need to return defective items.
