HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are customized based on complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expediting sample delivery, recognizing its pivotal role in your decision-making for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally offer samples free of charge. However, for intricate designs such as new prints or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the additional expenses incurred in dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment with the order, with the balance due prior to loading or upon Bill of Lading (B/L) presentation. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are influenced by product volume, design intricacies, and fabric type. Typically, for standard fabrics, a 20-day period is required for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we ensure the quality of our garments. If any items fall short of quality expectations, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. No need to return defective items.
