HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample timelines are meticulously tailored to the complexity of the design. Standard items typically require 7 days, while more elaborate designs, like new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in your strategic planning for new product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or customized dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover the expenses associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are carried out in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production timelines vary based on product volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. Typically, a 20-day period is required for fabric and accessory preparation for standard styles. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable, whereas larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any garments fall short of quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
