Samples are generally offered free of charge. However, for complex items like new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our financial transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger transactions, we also accommodate a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on order volume, design, and fabric selection. For standard fabric styles, preparation typically takes about 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeframe is advisable. Larger orders may require lead times of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
