HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are customized based on complexity. While standard items typically require 7 days, intricate designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize speedy sample delivery, recognizing its crucial impact on your decisions for future product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for more intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is necessary to cover the additional expenses associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are processed in US$. Our standard terms involve a 30% advance with order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon the presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). A Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also acceptable for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary according to product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day duration is required for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces usually have lead times ranging from 50 to 60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we uphold a commitment to the quality of our products. Should garments not meet our quality standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will recreate replacements at no cost to you. Returning defective items is not necessary.
