Sample creation timelines depend on complexity. Standard designs usually require 7 days, whereas intricate creations, like new prints, might take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, acknowledging its vital role in your decision-making for future product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading. We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger transactions.
