While we generally provide samples free of charge, complex items such as new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics incur a nominal fee to cover additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are in US$. Our terms include a 30% initial payment with the order, and the balance due before loading or upon the Bill of Lading (B/L). We accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary by volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require a 20-day prep period. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is typical. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, we uphold the quality of our products. If garments fall short of standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For larger issues, we will produce replacements at no cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
