HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines vary with complexity. Regular samples are ready in as little as 7 days, while intricate projects, such as new print designs, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on swift sample turnaround, understanding its crucial role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
For standard samples, we typically waive charges. However, for complex designs or custom-dyed fabrics incurring additional development costs, a nominal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US Dollars. Our standard payment terms require a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times fluctuate based on volume, design, and fabric. For regular styles utilizing standard fabrics, we require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a typical lead time is 40 days; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
We stand by our products and offer a reliable return service. Should any garments fail your quality standards, we refund the cost of up to 100 items. For over 100 defective pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no extra cost, without requiring the return of the faulty items.
