DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, sample fees are waived. However, for intricate items such as custom prints or specially dyed fabrics, where additional development is necessary, a modest fee is applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are made in US Dollars. Our payment terms require a 30% deposit upon ordering, with the balance due before shipment or once the Bill of Lading (B/L) is received. For larger orders, we also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Absolutely, we uphold our product standards. If any items fall short of your quality expectations after delivery, we will refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. Should discrepancies exceed 100 pieces, we pledge to produce replacements at no additional cost, without necessitating the return of the non-compliant items.
