Samples are typically free of charge. However, for complex items like new prints or unique dye applications, a small fee is necessary to cover the specialized development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are in US$. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment, with the remainder due before shipment or upon B/L presentation. For substantial orders, we also accept an L/C at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design, and material. For standard fabric styles, we need about 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces are advised a 40-day timeline, while orders over 10,000 pieces require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
