HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample timelines vary, ranging from a swift 7 days for standard designs to 21 days for more complex projects like unique prints. At GB, we prioritize fast delivery of samples, recognizing their critical role in informing your product decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Sample fees are generally waived. However, for complex creations such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional development costs arise, a small fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are processed in US Dollars. Our terms require a 30% advance upon order placement, with the balance due before shipment or upon receiving the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on order size, design complexity, and fabric availability. We allocate approximately 20 days for standard styles with available materials. Typically, orders under 10,000 pieces are completed within 40 days, while larger orders may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are confident in our products. If any items fall short of quality expectations post-delivery, we will refund up to 100 pieces. For issues exceeding 100 pieces, we pledge to produce replacements at no extra cost, without requiring the return of the non-compliant items.
