SAMPLE CREATION TIMEFRAMES
The timeline for sample production is contingent on complexity. Standard items generally take 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new print styles, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expedient sample delivery, recognizing its crucial role in your decision-making for prospective new products.
IS THERE A FEE FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are provided at no cost. However, for complex items like novel print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a minimal fee is charged to offset additional dyeing and development costs.
UNDERSTANDING PAYMENT TERMS
Transactions are in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME EXPECTATIONS
Lead times depend on the product volume, design, and fabric specifics. For standard fabric styles, approximately 20 days are needed for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces generally require a 40-day timeline, while larger orders may necessitate lead times of 50-60 days.
OUR RETURN SERVICE POLICY
We take pride in our products and offer a return service. Should any garments not meet quality standards, refunds are available for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no extra charge. Returning defective items is not required.
