DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Ordinarily, samples are free of charge. However, for complex items, such as new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a minimal fee is applicable to cover the cost of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. We welcome a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger transactions.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on order volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, preparation takes about 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we advise a 40-day timeframe. For larger orders, anticipate lead times of 50-60 days.
