DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We are delighted to provide most samples free of charge. However, for complex designs like custom prints or dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. The typical payment terms include a 30% deposit with the balance payable before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on order size, design complexity, and fabric selection. For standard fabric styles, preparation takes about 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while larger quantities may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we guarantee the quality of our products. If any garment fails to meet our high standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger issues involving more than 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional cost, with no need to return defective items.
