HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are customized based on complexity. Standard items are typically ready in 7 days, while intricate designs, like new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize fast sample delivery, crucial for your decision-making on potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally offer samples at no cost. However, for intricate items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are processed in US$. Our standard terms entail a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remainder due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on product volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is required for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advised. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no extra cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
