HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines vary with complexity. Standard items typically take 7 days, whereas intricate designs, such as novel prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize rapid sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your strategic decision-making for new product introductions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally offer samples free of charge. However, for complex items like new prints or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may apply to cover the additional costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard fabric styles, we allocate about 20 days for preparation. Orders below 10,000 pieces typically require a 40-day timeframe, while larger orders may need approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, we guarantee our products. If you receive items that do not meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no extra cost, with no obligation to return the defective items.
