Samples are generally complimentary. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a modest fee is charged to cover additional costs associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard payment terms include a 30% advance on orders, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, approximately 20 days are needed for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. For orders over 10,000 pieces, lead times range from 50-60 days.
