HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines depend on intricacy. Standard items are typically ready in 7 days, while complex designs, like novel prints, may need up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your product development process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples free of charge. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to offset dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent on order volume, design complexity, and fabric type. Standard fabric styles typically require about 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect a 40-day turnaround; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, plan for 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. Should any garment fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For issues beyond 100 pieces, we will replace them at no extra charge, with no need to return defective items.
