HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeframe for sample preparation varies by type, generally ranging from 7 days for standard items to up to 21 days for intricate projects like new print designs. At GB, we prioritize rapid sample turnaround to facilitate your informed decision-making when considering new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
While we typically offer samples at no cost, certain complex items such as custom print designs or specially dyed fabrics may incur a nominal fee, reflecting our additional dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard payment arrangement requires a 30% upfront deposit at order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are influenced by order specifics such as volume, design, and fabric choice. Typically, for regular styles utilizing standard fabrics, fabric and accessory preparation takes approximately 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces usually require 40 days; larger orders may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand firmly behind our products. Should any received garments not meet your quality standards, we will reimburse the cost for up to 100 items. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional cost, with no need to return the non-conforming items.
