HOW LONG IS THE SAMPLE PREPARATION TIME?
Sample preparation duration varies with design complexity. Standard products are often completed in 7 days, while intricate designs, like new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, understanding its critical role in your product development choices.
ARE SAMPLES AVAILABLE FOR FREE?
We typically provide samples at no charge. However, for complex designs such as new prints or custom-dyed materials, a nominal fee is required to cover the dyeing and development process.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% upfront payment with the balance due before shipping or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary by volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces take around 40 days; for larger orders exceeding 10,000, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU OFFER A RETURN POLICY?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products. Should any garment not meet quality expectations, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, over 100 pieces, we will replace them free of charge, and returning defective items is not mandatory.
