DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Our standard policy is to provide samples at no extra cost. However, for complex items like newly printed designs or specially dyed fabrics that incur additional development expenses, a nominal fee may apply.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We conduct transactions in US$. Our payment terms include a 30% advance before order processing, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on the specifics of each order, including volume, design, and fabric. Generally, we allocate approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation for standard styles. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while larger orders may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our goods. If any garments do not meet your quality standards, we will reimburse the cost for up to 100 items. For larger quantities exceeding 100 defective pieces, we will produce replacements at no charge. Returning faulty items is not necessary.
