HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines depend on complexity. Standard items are typically ready within 7 days, while intricate designs, like new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we are committed to expeditious sample delivery, recognizing its crucial role in your product development process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, we provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to offset dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment, with the balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For larger orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect 40 days; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any garment fails to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger issues exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional cost, with no need to return defective items.
