HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for samples varies, typically ranging from 7 days for standard designs to 21 days for intricate new projects, such as unique print creations. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in facilitating your product decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
In most cases, sample fees are waived. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics where additional development costs are incurred, a nominal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US Dollars. Our terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remainder due before shipment or upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times fluctuate based on order size, design intricacies, and fabric availability. For standard styles with readily available materials, we allocate approximately 20 days for preparations. Typically, orders under 10,000 pieces are fulfilled within 40 days, while larger orders can extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we stand by our products. Should any items not meet your quality standards post-delivery, we will refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we commit to manufacturing replacements at no additional cost, without requiring the return of the non-compliant items.
