Single Packing: Each garment is meticulously wrapped in a protective plastic bag, employing vacuum packaging to preserve its immaculate allure.

HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are thoughtfully tailored to the complexity of the design. For standard items, the process typically takes 7 days. However, intricate designs, such as new prints, might extend to 21 days. At GB, we are committed to accelerating sample delivery, recognizing its critical importance in your decision-making for new product introductions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
While we generally provide samples at no cost, a nominal fee is charged for complex items, including new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, to cover the additional expenses associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All financial transactions are conducted in US$. Our typical terms involve a 30% advance payment at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance payable prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accommodate a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are dictated by product volume, design intricacies, and fabric type. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day window is necessary for the preparation of fabric and accessories. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable. Larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces generally require a lead time of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, our commitment to quality is unwavering. Should garments not meet our stringent quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no extra cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
