HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are subject to the intricacy of the design. For standard products, expect a 7-day turnaround, whereas more complex designs, including new prints, may extend up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expedited sample delivery, acknowledging its critical role in your product development journey.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We are pleased to offer most samples complimentary. However, for intricate designs like custom prints or dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to offset dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. The standard payment terms include a 30% advance with the remaining balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Production lead times fluctuate based on order volume, design intricacy, and fabric choice. Standard fabric styles require roughly 20 days for preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for quantities exceeding 10,000, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garment not meet our high standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For more extensive issues involving over 100 pieces, we will provide replacements at no extra charge, with no requirement for returning defective items.
