HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample timelines are dictated by complexity: standard items are ready in approximately 7 days, while intricate designs may require up to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on delivering samples expeditiously, understanding their vital role in your new product decision-making process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are provided at no cost. However, for complex items such as bespoke print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a minor fee is necessary to cover the additional development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require an initial 30% payment, with the balance due before shipping or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
