Sample creation timelines are contingent on complexity. Standard items are crafted in approximately 7 days, whereas intricate designs, such as new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expedited sample delivery, acutely aware of its pivotal role in your strategic product launch decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items, such as newly designed prints or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is necessary to cover dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance deposit upon order placement, with the balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger transactions, ensuring flexibility and security.
