The timeline for creating samples varies with their complexity. Standard items typically take 7 days, while complex designs, like new prints, may extend up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its essential role in your decision-making process for future product offerings.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are provided free of charge. However, a nominal fee is applicable for complex items, such as newly printed designs or specially dyed fabrics, to cover the expenses of dyeing and development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger transactions, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is welcome.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent upon order volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. Standard fabric styles typically require around 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeframe is advisable. For larger orders, anticipate lead times ranging from 50 to 60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we uphold a steadfast commitment to quality. If garments do not meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
