The timeframe for samples varies by type, ranging from 7 days for standard items to 21 days for intricate projects like new print designs. At GB, we pride ourselves on rapid sample turnaround, understanding its crucial role in your decision-making process for new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex products, such as new print designs or freshly dyed fabrics, a modest fee is applied to cover additional dyeing and development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US Dollars. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment with the remaining balance due before shipping or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard styles using common fabrics, a 20-day preparation is needed. For orders under 10,000 units, a 40-day production period is advised; for orders exceeding 10,000 units, a 50-60 day timeline is recommended.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products. If any garments fail your quality checks upon arrival, we will refund up to 100 items. For over 100 items, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost, with no need to return the defective goods.
