HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample production timelines are customized based on complexity. Standard designs typically require 7 days, whereas detailed creations, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in your product decision-making process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for intricate designs like new prints or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is necessary to offset the additional dyeing and development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All payments are processed in US dollars. Our terms include a 30% deposit with the order and the remainder due before loading or upon presenting the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is required for material preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces should allocate 40 days, while larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garments not meet our quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies beyond 100 pieces, we will produce replacements free of charge. Returning defective items is unnecessary.
