DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Our samples are generally complimentary. However, for more complex requests such as bespoke print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may apply to cover additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment, with the remainder due before shipping or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading. We also offer Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Our production lead times are tailored to each product. Typically, standard styles using common fabrics are prepared in 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces require around 40 days, whereas larger orders over 10,000 pieces may need 50-60 days.
