Sample production timelines vary based on design complexity. For standard items, expect a swift 7-day turnaround, while intricate designs, including new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize fast sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in your product development process.
IS THERE A COST FOR SAMPLES?
We are delighted to provide most samples free of charge. However, for complex designs such as custom prints or dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover the costs of dyeing and print development.
PAYMENT TERMS
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard payment terms include a 30% deposit with the balance due prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. For large orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Production timelines fluctuate based on order size, design complexity, and fabric selection. Standard fabric styles require around 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for larger quantities, expect 50-60 days.
RETURN POLICY
