HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for sample creation is influenced by its complexity. Standard products typically take around 7 days, while more intricate designs, such as new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, swift sample delivery is paramount, as it plays a crucial role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, we offer samples at no cost. However, for complex designs, such as new prints or unique fabric dyes, a small fee is levied to cover the cost of additional dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment on orders, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. Typically, for standard fabric styles, we allocate approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have an estimated lead time of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we uphold the quality of our garments. Should any items not meet quality control standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost, with no requirement to return the defective merchandise.
