HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines vary based on complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its crucial role in your decision-making for future product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are free of charge. However, for complex items, like new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the cost of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading. We also welcome a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger transactions.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are influenced by order volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, preparation takes about 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we suggest a 40-day timeframe. For larger orders, anticipate lead times of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, our dedication to quality is unwavering. Should garments fail quality checks, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no extra cost. Returning defective items is not required.
