Our sample creation times are tailored to the complexity of your design needs. Standard products are typically ready in just 7 days, while intricate designs, like new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize rapid sample delivery, recognizing its crucial role in your product development journey.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples free of charge. However, for specialized items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard payment terms include a 30% advance with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are influenced by volume, design intricacy, and fabric selection. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect a 40-day lead time; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garment fail to meet quality standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For larger issues exceeding 100 pieces, we provide replacements at no additional cost, with no requirement to return defective items.
