HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for sample creation is tailored to each item's complexity. Standard designs are typically ready in 7 days, while intricate pieces, such as those with new prints, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expedited delivery of samples, recognizing their crucial role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Our samples are generally provided free of charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may be applied to cover the expenses for dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard payment terms include a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are influenced by product volume, design complexity, and fabric choice. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is required for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces generally necessitate lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind the quality of our products. Should any garments fail to meet our quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies involving more than 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
