HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are personalized to suit complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we are dedicated to expediting sample delivery, acknowledging its pivotal role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for more intricate items like novel print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to offset the additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent upon product volume, design complexity, and fabric. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is necessary for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality of our products. If garments do not meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not required.
