We generally provide samples free of charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the costs associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment, with the balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent on volume, design, and fabric type. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for over 10,000, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garment fail to meet our standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger issues exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional cost, and returning defective items is not necessary.
